EPSTech sources raw materials and components from a carefully selected network of Australian suppliers. Every material that goes into our products meets our strict quality and compliance standards.
The quality of an EPS product starts long before it reaches our CNC machines. We partner with suppliers who share our commitment to consistency, traceability, and compliance with Australian building standards. From raw EPS billets to polyurethane coating systems, every input is vetted.
We source expanded polystyrene billets from Australian and certified international manufacturers. Our EPS meets AS 4859.1 thermal insulation standards and is available in a range of densities to suit structural, decorative, and insulation applications.
Our hard-coat finishing uses two-part polyurethane systems sourced from specialist coating suppliers. The formulations we use are tested for impact resistance, UV stability, and adhesion to EPS substrates in Queensland's climate.
We use EPS-compatible adhesives and mechanical fixings that maintain bond integrity over the product's service life. All adhesives are solvent-free and compatible with downstream render and paint systems.
Finished products are packaged using protective foam wrapping and cardboard corner guards sourced from local Queensland suppliers. We prioritise packaging that protects products in transit without unnecessary waste.
All EPSTech suppliers are required to demonstrate compliance with relevant Australian standards and provide material data sheets, safety data sheets, and batch traceability documentation on request.
